I'm an adventure and mountain sports photographer and videographer based in East Lothain. Whether shooting in a whiteout in the Scottish hills, on the rolling deck of a boat, or hanging from the side of a cliff, I thrive in challenging conditions and love capturing images of people pushing their limits in the outdoors.

My love of adventure started on the dry slope bristles of Sheffield Ski Village. From the first time I clipped into a pair of skis I was hooked. That obsession has taken me around the world, chasing deep snow and backcountry lines. Along the way I've qualified as a ski instructor, guide and Mountain Leader, and branched out into a variety of adventure sports – climbing, biking, ultra running and more. Whether it's snow, rock, trails or water, I have the experience and skills to work confidently in challenging outdoor environments.

This experience is a big part of what I bring to my work behind the lens. I understand what it's like to be in those moments, on the edge, at the limit, I know how to anticipate the action, work safely and put myself in the right place to capture images that are authentic. On any shoot my goal is simple, to capture not just what happened, but the energy, effort and emotion of the experience. If you need a photographer who understands the adventure as well as the image, I'd love to hear from you.
